Warranty conditions

Products eligible for the “3 month GBB Product Warranty”

All shoe products* are eligible for the GBB three-month product warranty. During this period, you may return a product with one of the faults covered under the warranty once, upon presentation of a sales receipt or invoice, showing the date of purchase of less than three months.

Effect of the “3 month GBB Product Warranty”

Your child's shoes will be exchanged under warranty. During the exchange, if your model is no longer in stock, a similar model will be offered. The exchange will be in the same size as the model returned under warranty.

Items covered by the “3 month GBB Product Warranty”

We guarantee any abnormal wear of the shoe under normal use.

  • 1 : Leather outer material** : holes and tears. premature wear due to a material defect.

  • 2 :Lining Material: holes and tears.

  • 3 : Stitching : faulty stitching.

  • 4 : Zipper: broken zip. slide torn or blocked.

  • 5 : Velcro : disjointed velcro.

  • 6 : Sole: loosening of the sole. Hole in the sole.

  • 7 : Defect: obvious manufacturing defect.

  • 8 : Loose eyelets : eyelets that have become detached from the shoe.

  • 9 : Broken laces : lace that is broken.

Items not covered by the “3 month GBB Product Warranty”

Any wear related to abnormal use of the shoe is excluded from the warranty. GBB does not guarantee normal wear and tear in the normal use of the shoe.

  • 1 : Damaged material excluding leather: sequins, glitter, etc.

  • 2 : Detached accessories and decorations: bows, appliques, tassels, any decoration applied to the shoe.

  • 3 : Damaged material: Stain, scratches, writing or drawing on the shoe.

  • 4 : Tear / Cut: Cut or tear caused by knives, scissors, or sharp objects.

  • 5 : Personal repairs: glue, sewing or any personal repair damaging the original GBB product.

  • 6 : Velcro: velcro that no longer sticks due to improper use of the shoe (Example: passing through water or sand).

*Slippers and booties are excluded from "shoe" products.

**Non-leather exterior materials such as glitter or synthetic coatings are excluded from the warranty.

To qualify for the 3-month GBB Product Warranty, please complete the form by notifying us of the defect(s) encountered. Our sales department will contact you within 48 hours.

  • 1 - Do you need the receipt make a "GBB 3 month product warranty" claim?

    The receipt or invoice is necessary to justify the purchase of less than 3 months.

  • 2 - How many times can I make a “3 month GBB Product Warranty” claim on a purchase?

    You can only make one “3 month GBB Product Warranty” claim per purchase.

  • 3 - Are all GBB items covered by the "3 month GBB Product Warranty"?

    All GBB shoe models are guaranteed for 3 months. Slippers and booties models are excluded from the warranty.

  • 4 - Does the warranty zippers or velcro straps?

    The “3 month GBB Product Warranty” covers unstitched velcro straps, broken zippers tabs and torn or blocked zipper tabs.

  • 5 - How long does the exchange take?

    Depending on the time of the year, the exchange will take between 7 and 15 days upon receipt of the return parcel.

  • 6 - How to return a product under the "3 month GBB Product Warranty"?

    Please go to www.gbb.fr/uk site to inquire about a Warranty claim. You don't have to go to your local retailer to exchange the shoes. The GBB team will contact you directly to determine the next step, and send you a prepaid return label if a return is necessary.

  • 7 - Is return postage covered by the “3 month GBB Product Warranty”?

    Postal costs are covered: a pre-paid transport label will be sent to you. This will allow you to send the product back to GBB's workshops free of charge. The return of the replaced product by GBB is also free.

  • 8 - Can I request a refund for a product under the "GBB 3 month Product Warranty"?

    The "3-month GBB Product Warranty" does not allow a claim for a refund of the purchase price of the shoes. No claim will result in a refund of the item purchased, whether it is from your local retailer or from GBB.

  • 9 - During an exchange, is it possible to request a different size from that originally purchased?

    It is not possible to change size: in the event of an exchange, GBB will send you back the same size as the shoe you originally bought.
